The opportunity

A respected fourth-generation construction company is seeking a senior project manager to lead complex commercial and industrial projects throughout the Louisville market. This role suits an experienced construction leader who enjoys mentoring teams, building client relationships and overseeing projects from conception through completion.
Compensation includes a $125,000–$150,000 base salary, vehicle allowance or company vehicle, gas card, 401(k) match and a benefits package. Benefits listed include cell phone reimbursement, dental, health, life and vision insurance, and paid time off. Long-term growth opportunity.
What you'll do
- Lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects from conception through completion.
- Mentor project teams and support their development.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- General contractor background.
- Commercial or industrial project experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing experience.
