Commercial Concrete Formwork Carpenter

Warriors 2 Workforce is seeking experienced concrete form carpenters from the Lexington, Louisville and Frankfort, Kentucky areas for commercial construction projects. The current jobsite is in Frankfort, KY. Louisville-area applicants should be able to travel to that jobsite. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
Pay is based on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance and health insurance. Work is in person. We recruit through the Lexington and Louisville markets. Current demand is primarily in Frankfort; assigned jobsites may change and will be confirmed before you start.

What you'll do
- Build and install concrete forms.
- Set and align formwork systems.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Measure, cut and assemble form materials.
- Assist with concrete placement activities.
- Maintain safe and productive work areas.
What we're looking for
- Experience with concrete formwork on commercial construction projects.
- Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans.
- Familiarity with layout and forming techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong safety mindset.
- Experience on large commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational or data center projects preferred.
