The opportunity
Build commercial formwork in the Charlotte area.
Warriors 2 Workforce is hiring experienced commercial concrete form carpenters in the Charlotte, North Carolina market. The jobsite is near Belmont, NC. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do
- Build and install concrete forms.
- Set and align formwork systems.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Measure, cut and assemble form materials.
- Assist with concrete placement activities.
- Maintain safe and productive work areas.
What we're looking for
- Experience with concrete formwork on commercial construction projects.
- Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans.
- Familiarity with layout and forming techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a strong safety mindset.
- Large commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational or data center project experience preferred.
